Every new Stanhope special seems to start off the same -- the first 20 minutes are rather good, but have me wondering if he's decreasing in quality, then I get proven wrong as Stanhope enters a consistent steam of brilliant concepts that contain brilliant jokes that are actually so simple you wonder why your own monkey brain didn't think of them first. I was lucky to see some of this material live when he performed in Freo, and it was just as funny and brutally insightful the second time here.
