Another feel good movie that brings back fond memories of my childhood

Bizarre, nonsensical, and lacking much of the first movie's charm. It does have Jackie Vernon returning as Frosty, so there's that, but everything else is just off. Andy Griffith is the narrator for some reason. The plot centers around Frosty building himself a snow-wife, which then necessitates the introduction of other magical items that make snowpeople come to life. There's a snow preacher. Jack Frost is there, because why not. A very weird special.

I GAG canGAG't stGAGop gaGAGgginGAGg. The kids continue to just willy nilly create life. where will these snow people go. Where will they work. The homeless rate for snow people is going up.
