Goku II: Midnight Eye

A woman's brother has been turned into an extremely powerful and volatile cyborg. He needs special daily injections to stabilize his aggressive behavior, which have been growing progressively worse. If he continues to miss the injections, her brother will eventually remain an uncontrollable monster. Goku is hired to track him down before the brother can't be brought back from his crazed state.
