More enjoyable than expected. Zimmer is clearly an artist who's passionate about his work, and it is great to see so many artists working together to create something beautiful. How much you like this will likely come down to your feeling about Zimmer's music, which personally I'm not always the biggest fan of.

I was a little disappointed by this. I wasn't sure what to expect, and I guess I'm not a rabid fan of Zimmer's work but ultimately I felt a lot of the live renditions didn't quite measure up to their screen counterparts. At the same time it was interesting to see so many musicians perform these tracks live as it gives an indication of the scale involved in producing a film score.
