Instinct

Yeah... so it's normie-television, which means everything is simplified, emotional, and cute/ironic. This means that it is basically characters being witty to each other in a series of odd circumstances and having personal drama in spite of those, without really changing or discovering anything of lasting value, despite posings to the contrary. I have trouble caring about what these rationalizers-of-the-bourgeois-apathy want to do, or pretend to care about, because they are hollow.

Alan Cumming is very charming and perfectly carries this, unfortunately short, show.
