That ending was some spooky.

I watched “Kingdom: Ashin of the North” as a stand-alone film, having not seen any other Kingdom movies. I wanted to like it; the action and look got my attention, but the story was drawn out and lacking, making the film feel slow.

Didn't finish because this movie wastes your time.

Although its rejuvenating to watch Jun Ji-Hyun's Ashin in a special set in the same universe as Kingdom, there isn't much to enjoy in the overlong story. Much of the problem emanates from overstretching the plot to an unnecessary 93 minutes when a stricter edit would have made it good. Not as good as the show but, not bad for a special.
