Kokkoku

After a kidnapping, a girl finds out that his family is able to stop time and doing so she can save his brother and nephew from an organization that just captured them. But when she arrives at the point where they are taken hostage she discovers that there are other people that can walk as well while all the people in the world is paralyzed. Now she must run out from them because they hunt her for an unknown reason.
