Was willing to forgive some generic serial romance tropes (& they do appear!) in this but the last 3 eps were appalling so dropped 20 ratings points. Initially well played by the 2 romance leads, NB you need to factor in that the male is very much a Japanese serial delinquent who's ultra mild not wild, as is his gang of 2, LOL Shortish at 10 50 minute eps, filming and sets are not outstanding but are OK. No sex scenes. "Yankee" is/was? a commonly applied term in Japan for a juvenile delinquent.
