It's really too bad that NBC dropped this show after its first season. Taylor Schilling brilliantly played the main character who was both complex and hilarious.The cast of the show really had a comedic chemistry with one another and it made the show so satisfying to watch. Although the show was canceled, Schilling was immediately snatched up to play the lead role in the new tv series that Jenji Kohan (of Weeds) was developing based on the memoir by Piper Kerman: Orange is the New Black.
