Mobile Suit Gundam Wing

The first Gundam show I watched, but ironically, also one of the worst. The show is pampered by over the top melodrama and their attempts at making Heero seem cool and badass end up making him look like a goof. The over-abundance of characters gives the show little focus and everyone ends up becoming one-dimensional caricatures. Plot holes and contrivances galore, the series takes itself too seriously with its hap-hazard use of politics and falls flat on its ass really hard in the process.
