They were going wild with the cinematography on this one for some reason.

Maybe it's because I've just seen this exact plot play out in so many cartoons throughout my years, or maybe I just wasn't feeling this particular take on it, but I didn't love this one as much as the other MH movies I've seen. Draculaura is painted as kind of irritating & bratty here. not as endearing as she usually is. Cupid is a cool character, but she feels a bit wasted. Valentine is kind of a trash villain. Cumulonincompoops was gold, though. Solid gold.
