Monsters - Season 4

Good performances from all the women and for the most part you feel engaged with each episode (the last is long and utterly unnecessary though), it seems there wasn’t enough in this story for eight so we get crowbarred comparisons to other female killers as filler – all feeling a bit loose and forced. The Ed Gein series was full of additions too but there was a point to it all – you don’t get that feeling here. With this much dramatic licence they may as well just drop the ‘real people’ stuff.
