Moonbeam City

Even as someone who likes this show, I admit that you would have trouble finding a show more hit-and-miss. Every episode becomes discursive and self-indulgent in the extreme. Most episodes end with the writers so far up their own asses that the plot gets resolved as an afterthought. The series got unfavorable comparisons to Archer, which has a similar situation with better dialog and characterization. But Moonbeam City's unabashed, naked ambition has its charms.
