I actually feel kinda bad for not liking this one, because it's starring and based on the life of Craig Robinson, who I really like from his work on The Office (and his hilarious monologue in Knocked Up)... but yeah, it's a stale, tropey, painfully sitcom-y reheat of Welcome Back, Kotter. I had pretty much zoned out by the end of the pilot. Sorry, Craig.
