Weird Canadian telefilm about a homeless (and shirtless) Black man who is kidnapped and taken to the North Pole to replace the recently-deceased Santa Clause (who chose him as the new Santa with his dying breath). Highlights include Joe Flaherty's baffling extended cameo some genuinely cool cheap 5000 FINGERSish set work, and the mincing of Pinnock, presumably steered into full Pangborn mode to make him as nonthreatening as possible.
