This is totally my guilty pleasure show. Just an absolute cheeseball country-music-themed soap opera. Despite middling ratings, the production values have remained strong, with tons of location shooting and scenes with lots and lots of extras. I first watched it because of Connie Britton, who I love from Friday Night Lights, but it turned out to be Hayden Panettiere's gleefully bitchy performance as Juliette Barnes that is the highlight.
