I don't know what this is by the clip I just saw. This has to be the worst kids show I have ever seen. So the main focal point is a Teddy bear who lives in the city now? Yeah this is getting this score just because they are trying to make this educational to kids.

This bear was always a little tame for me, but it was nice enough.
