Romy - Portrait eines Gesichts

Schneider comes across quite sympathetically, aware of the limits of her achievements, unsure of how far she can push those limits within the culture industry (the “star system”), and genuinely enthusiastic only when talking about her work for Orson Welles in THE TRIAL. Does she really say anything particularly interesting? Probably not (a definitive statement on this question not being possible due to inadequate subtitling of the print I saw).
