Better than The Mystery Begins in the cast chemistry, but then they squander it by sidelining Velma and Scooby, who both disappear for much of the movie. The budget is lower here but it doesn't excuse a lot of the TV movie stuff, plus they manage to spend a lot of it making inconsequential music scenes. By the Light of the Silvery Moon was enjoyable but the musical ending was not, especially with a creepy humanoid Scooby. Fav scene: Fred and Daphne in their classic outfits.

Where the hell was Scooby through most of this movie? Otherwise, this is pretty crappy in a non-offensive kind of way.
