Shrinking

If only Ford had more screen time..

Harrison Ford is a gem. A must watch just for him.

First episode was incredible. REALLY looked forward to the next......but then it just became an ordinary empty, flat, uninteresting tv-show. After seeing the fourth episode, I quit.

Shrinking is the spiritual successor to Ted Lasso, full of optimism and relentless positivity in the midst of human struggling. It's definitely very convenient at times, but I personally am willing to suspend my belief and overlook certain plot holes in the name of having my spirit lifted, and Shrinking does just that. Wonderfully acted and has some really funny moments amidst the heartstring-pulling. And Harrison Ford is a national treasure.

I found Jason Segel to be obnoxious in HIMYM and it's the same here. It's not a bad tv show per say, but it's very run-off-the-mill, something we have seen a million times before.

Lost interest pretty quickly

Fairly predictable and completely enjoyable. Excellent cast, hilarious.

I like this show. I feel like it wandered a bit with the mid to final episodes, but the cast is great, the writing is funny and for the most part, honest and realistic (at least more so than most family sitcoms). I will watch more of this.

The whole cast is fantastic in this, and there's a great balance of funny and serious moments that is handled well. The concept is different and fun.

Overall this is good but Harrison Ford really makes this watchable. Jason Segal's character is just not that likable and the other acting is so so. Season got better as it went along.

Good show. I like the vibes, I like the characters, I like how it is just simply built and that nobody is perfect. Perfectly crafted, small but warm show with some decent and fun acting.

Totally average, there’s nothing special about this. Some flashes here and there, but the writing is generally weak. Jason Segel is pretty great, but his character is often cringe. Basically a mediocre version of the Norwegian show Dag.
