Preliminary rating, seen 8 episodes. Enjoying the worldbuilding and alternative look at gender. It's kind of heavy without a lot of breaks in the seriousness though, which I think is why I kind of dropped off watching it even though I was liking it. I'd still like to finish it, though.

The premise makes this show pretty hard to take seriously, and the cliche main cast doesn't help matters.Yet, the show takes itself incredibly seriously and incorporates elements of both sexuality and religion in a hap hazard, uninteresting way. At times it feels like the whole female gimmick is there simply to justify lesbian kissing and other acts of sexuality meant to arouse, which is laughable. Even worse is how it implies sexuality is a choice that we're able to conceive since birth.
