This entire series has an endearing kind of badness. The quality of animation would fluctuate by ridiculous amounts even within the same shot. The characterization had the stability of Jell-O in a paint-shaker. But for all of its considerable badness, it has Bison uttering the best line in Street Fighter history: "Yes, yes, I killed your father. What is it with you women anyway? I killed my father too and you don't hear me whining about it!"

Animation Damnation We Hate Movies is the only reason to attempt to watch this

Absolutely dreadful in every conceivable way, but goddamn, this show has some AMAZING one liners! Such as "Do you like cornflakes?" and "NO! NOT THE HEAD BITE!" If this show had better animation and fight scenes, I think I'd absolutely love it with dialog like that.
