I kind of liked this with the English dub, then I watched the subtitle version and super loved it

Completely god awful.

Apparently the Japanese version was much different than its English localization, so I'll only comment on the English localization that I watched. The show was snappy as hell and I loved the way it parodied Japanese styled animation. I also thought that Milk-Chan's laziness and general assholerly lent itself well to a lot of good jokes. I especially loved the one joke they made about nuclear technology - "hear that? That's the sound of success!"
