A fun experiment, and there are some hilarious moments (like an audience of insects applauding a screening of The Fly), but The Far Side's humor still works best in its original single-panel format.

A small fan of Larson might appreciate the unwavering art design and the ones that don't remember the original strips (internet children *shudders*) may find the contrived string of non sequiters amusing in a strange, low-key sort of way, but a large fan would probably find it difficult to look past how completely unsuitable his comedy is for any media that requires even a modicum of timing.
