Fine and good up until the climax where it uses a villain's tragic backstory in a weirdly authoritarian way and it ruins everything.

Disney reviving Rapunzel's hair for a new animated TV-show for their Disney Channel kicking it off with a hour long prologue to fill in the gap what's happened since their excellent Tangled (2010). In no way does it capture the magic of their 2010 movie, but for a TV animation it's fast paced, both in dialogue and action. Perfectly alright to build up the hype for the series.
