Gigguk has improved as a reviewer since his earliest days but he's still pretty weak. He mostly makes surface level observations and platitude ridden reviews where he ends up saying nothing of substance. For what it's worth his editing and presentation is decent enough and he occasionally makes a decent joke, but I just find his attempts at critique incredibly boring if not misleading and moronic.
