Harmless, disposable TV flick is more or less solely interesting as an early effort for Sheen and Nolte (we even get to see them "team up" after a fashion!) Too low-key and lacking in any real conflict to be otherwise memorable (it's difficult to discern just how "evil" and calculated Morrow's sheriff really is), but for its relative merits, it's a painless and intriguing diversion.
