Semi-cute (and only semi-animated) Halloween special from the '80s. The plot is thin and makes minimal sense (why do the monsters only have until midnight to conquer the world? Does their fiscal year start November 1?), but it has a good amount of charm, and I saw it way too many times as a kid to be that hard on it.
