The show returns to what it does best - continue to investigate the mythology of the silo while also giving us enough tantalizing character moments. Common's character gets some great moments here and is offered up as a potential secondary villain. I don't really love the relationship between Juliette and Lukas and the telegraphing of a possible romance, but any time the show dips into Juliette's past, it produces its best material.
