Shot in Germany, with American stars and German actors underneath and sold to syndication (local) TV in the US and limited theater release. A moody low budget noir, which was one of Lee Bowman's last lead roles. While he was never a spectacular lead guy, he was a feature in B-movies for about a decade, and pretty much one of the few aspects that held this one together, even if he's quite the dullard. And that certainly doesn't help matters here, for this story didn't have any other hook.
