Quirky non-conforming main Character, Check, Plot padding Romantic character arc stalling, Check, Shady criminal connections to the family, Check, Betrayal from within the Team, Check, No nonsense Chief, Check, Death of a Team member (especially the Chief), Check, Every murder/kidnapping/stalking case you've seen in every other crime show ever, Check. Formulaic would be an understatement, unfortunately. Creativity seems to be a curse word to these shows. Verdict - Bland
