I loved the Wayne’s World and Austin Powers films, but watching The Pentaverate you can see why Myers has been off our screens for years. He may still be able to act multiple roles but he can’t write them any more: at almost 3 hours this fails to tell an interesting story, produce memorable characters or even provide passable humour (in total I laughed out loud twice, at a couple of Netflix ‘fourth wall’ gags it needed a lot more of). As soon as Ken Jeong appears you know there’s no hope left.

Uneven, but sometimes really funny.

I always have good fun with Mike Myers' broad comedy but the whole thing slides from the very start as the humour is replaced by a dull storyline.

The Pentaverate supposed to be a funny show due to Mike Myers factor however there are a lot of poop and masturbation jokes.. Not funny, actually disgusting. Am I 13 years old something or loser/cockroach guy? Definitely not. I'm never laughing this type of jokes. Probably one of the worst series in the year, I can't believe some people are love The Pentaverate. Probably these people like silly standup shows and sitcoms too. Ewwww.
