There is an Artisan DVD Double Feature pack that you can buy that pairs this with The Substitute as though it's closer spiritual relative is the original and not the other sequel that stars Treat Williams. I think that says a lot about this franchise as a whole.

the series is getting old.....substitute teacher has the unruly children under control on day 2 and the goes for revenge for whatever this part is about..... same old same old.
