Tiny House Hunters

The profusion of programs about buying, renting or transforming property obviously both fuels and exploits those consumerist fantasies that recently it has become popular to call "aspirational". For this reason, they are mostly unwatchable. The "tiny house" subgenre is a little less unpalatable, because the dreams are smaller, the ideas kookier, and the participants generally less unsympathetic. In this case, the rigid adherence to formula can be rather wearing, but there are worse half hours.
