Unicorn: Warriors Eternal

I guess working on it off and on for so many years ended up diluting it. Or maybe it's just that writing dialogue is not Tartakovsky's strong side.

This is one of the most disappointing shows I've ever watched. Not only is the story poorly written and told, but the animation is gut wrenchingly ugly. All of Genndy's usual style is completely missing, and in it's place we have a mismatch of some Betty Boop looking characters with out of place anime eyes and the horrible noodle arms. Literally nothing in this show works; the comedy is completely out of place, the action is worse than DBZ, and even the voice acting is mediocre. A total miss.

After the wonderful badassery of "Primal", I was excited for a new Tartakovsky show. But this is so slow and plodding, and seems made for small children. Couldn't make it through the second episode.
