Legitimately compelling with it's nightmare logic but it really feels like they rushed the final two episodes--too many plot points really packed in there--which is a shame because the first three episodes were so well-paced. Yeah, the dialogue is frustratingly anime-typical with overexplanations and breathily saying character's names, but that frustration aside, this is a really nice bit of pitch-black surrealism.
