It's fun, and does a bunch of interesting little fun bits with the characters - I always love a good magical girl AU, and the final chapter gets to one of the main themes of the series in a cute, fantastic way. But it loses points for the first episode going, well, outside the bounds of good taste, or even reasonable bad taste, with the sex humor.
