Ya Boy Kongming!

Seriously adorable, really positive and genuinely encouraging, very fun. It carefully walks the line of having the protagonist's goal be to move up in the competitive singing world while presenting the people she's competing with as full, sympathetic people who are in no way wrong for, you know, *competing* with her. The gay love story that makes up the back half is SO sweet and cute, and Kongming himself is just plain fun.
