What annoys me about this show is that it has a tendency to present really cool twists but makes up some dumb asspull to avoid doing anything with them. The climax of season 1 being especially egregious about that. On other hand, I do like how characterization and even the tone of the series changes upon each season as cast gets older, but in recent seasons I can't help but feel uninterested in the new blood which overshadows the much more interesting narratives with the older characters.

S1-3. Hello, Megan! Stop trying to make crash happen. It's not going to happen. I can appreciate that each season is standalone and that each episode has some development. They ditch bad storylines fairly quickly. The animation style is pleasing. Lex Luthor never got very evil after the first season with Connor. The cast got too hard to follow toward the end, though the prince and Halo were an interesting couple. Fav episode: Hello, Megan.
