Awful production value (Syfy has become instantaneous recognizable for second tier quality) with unlikable terrible leads. If you really love zombies and can't wait for the Walking Dead's new seasons, still don't watch this as it will sour you forever on the genre.

Wow! Tried season one for my between-seasons-of-The-Walking-Dead zombie fix. Even now I feel nauseous thinking about the experience. Rubbish on so many levels from structure to execution. How in [insert preferred deity]'s name did this get a second season?

Is it great. Nah, but at least it's a bit of a different take on the genre. The comic relief mainly World for me especially with Doc. Acting is not great but there is a lot worse out there. I found it easy to watch without having to invest a whole lot of myself although it does get a bit tiresome in the latter seasons.
