A pretty good action crime drama with good acting, decent effects and a complex story. Unfortunately the film is also over long and tends to drag quite a bit in the second half until the climax.

Terribly written and paced movie that a bunch of special effects and good acting can't save. When the credits roll, there's that "That's it? I'm still waiting for everything to go somewhere" feeling.
