Attrition

What the hell is this piece of shit. I'm a fan of Siu-Wong Fan so I decided to check this out against my better judgement. What a mistake that was. In general the fights without Steven Seagal are pretty good, the ones with him are okay but its a little too easy to spot the stunt doubles.

Badly written but beautifully produced. It contains a lot of foreign language without subtitles. The role Seagal wrote for himself is overly grandiose and magnanimous. Full of unconvincing plot points and dialog. Some of it was stiff, lifeless or pretentious. It is partially redeemed by the good quality production and music.
