A very effective mood-piece.

More coherent than Lommel's "The Boogeyman", but still has some head-scratching moments and decisions like shifting the setting to another continent which is ambitious for such a short genre film. It could have used some time to deepen the characters. It feels like a cheaper, sleazier version of a Brian DePalma film with some shades of Vertigo. Suzanna Love was Ok and it was nice to see Robert Walker Jr. in this after enjoying Road to Salinas earlier this year.

Lacked a bit of direction---reached for a bunch of genres but never quite stuck with any. Could have been more suspenseful, more thriller, more heartfelt, but the whole film just seems bland especially with that music. Not to say it's bad; cool to see different settings and a plot involving a bridge move of all things. Director Ulli Lommel must love showing off his wife Suzanna Love. Fav scene: I liked Love's flowery shirt, straight hair, and sunglasses at night look at London Bridge.

Honestly I saw this so many years ago I'm not sure what to rate it. My boyfriend was on an Ulli Lommel kick and I sat through a lot of crap. This wasn't so terrible. But what is it with Lommel and death by electric toothbrush?
