Shaolin Idiot

There's a reason Chow is THE name to know when it comes to Mo Lei Tau, he was both prolific and excellent in the 90's. I haven't yet seen one of his movies that I could gauge as unwatchable or even sub-par. This one is a great watch with some absolutely ludicrous and side splitting nonsense. Case in point, during a fight scene Paio says he needs a virgin male's urine for a spell, Chow obliges, walks off screen and comes back with a sneaker full of his own piss. It doesn't get much better.

I thought this would be a police movie with a bit of supernatural twist. It started off interesting enough but turns extremely nutty. Fav scene: Uncle Bill swinging in on a rope and shooting half a dozen criminals like an action star.
