Entertaining and interesting. Interesting in a historical way and for being one of the earliest Japanese features I've seen. It's entertaining in an old fashion Kabuki kind of way. Also props for the use of fat suits during the wrestling scenes.

A very cool film from early-20s Japan! Filled with fighting of all kinds from sumo, jūjutsu, karate and various sword styles! Almost like watching MMA before there really was such a thing. And if that wasn't enough, blend in a little fantasy fighting! Our guy battles a magician who turns himself into a giant spider and throws spider webs all over the place! That was pretty awesome! The movie ends a little abrupt so something is missing.
