Silent comedian Raymond Griffith is one I've come to admire after my initial silent exploration. Not in the same booth as Chaplin, Lloyd or Keaton as far as creativity, but his odd gentleman charm could make the most normal 2nd tire material work beyond it's potential. And that talent becomes very clear in The Night Club (1925) where a basic inheritance/marriage dilemma goes wild. Pure Griffith frankness straight from the heart.
