Where Is Kyra?

Aşırı ağır tempo çok sıkıyor. Michelle Pheiffer oyunculuğu iyi olmasına karşın, sonuna kadar dayanmak zor. Filmin sonunda ise yakayı ele veriyor. Çok alışığım, çok kararsızım, parasızım.

Sad, gripping tale of spiralling desperation is a grim and depressing experience, but Pfeiffer's scalding and raw performance makes it worth the journey, even if physically she is never credible as a borderline street-person; Sutherland has possibly never been as down-to-earth and likable, but his rock of support feels a little too good to be true. At its best in the opening sequences, detailing a painful and vivid evocation of preparation for, and immersion in, the grieving process.

The plot is a bit of a stretch with a thin excuse for the whole thing and it's not that easy to believe Pfeiffer in such a role, but it's still an interesting film with jaw-droppingly good cinematography.
