In this Columbia All-Star Comedy (production number 8425), Vera Vague (Barbara Jo Allen) plays twins, with one being a shy spinster and the other Vera's usual aggressive man-chaser. They switch dates, and the spinster's sedate boy friend is confronted with the not-shy Vera, while Vera's passionate beau ends up with the dry-and-shy spinster.

Failed TV pilot short which had an episode name of "Chapter One: The Lion Men of Tanganyika". The end of the short advertised another chapter, which did not materialize.

Ernie Reardon, the superintendent, and Bill O'Hara, the foreman, of a construction company crew working on a bridge to a remote valley, are constantly quarreling over small and minor matter, especially when it comes to Peg Mallory, whom both men are romancing and Peg enjoys the attention. Miss Etting plays herself, and the clever opening sequence conveys two messages: 1) that she's very much in demand, and 2) that the grind of stardom is wearing her down. We watch as Ruth gamely performs her signature song "Shine On, Harvest Moon," first in a recording studio, mid-day, then at a radio station in the evening, and finally on the Broadway stage that same night.
