Premachandran (Mohanlal) is a down-to-earth carpenter and is liked by the village folks. One day he meets Kanmani (Meera Jasmine), a girl of Tamil roots who is employed as a servant and is continually ill-treated by the family that employs her. Premachandran comes to her rescue. But this lands him into endless troubles and eventually into love.

Udayabhanu (Mohanlal) is an immensely talented assistant film director, who yearns to write & direct his own movie. Rajappan Thengummoodu (Srinivasan) is a crooked friend of his & a failed actor. As Udayabhanu prepares to shoot his first movie based on his own script, he discovers to his horror that Rajappan has stolen his manuscript, & shooting is underway with Rajappan playing the lead, which eventually propels him to stardom. Udhayabhanu soon finds himself in a career & personal crisis.

A box of arms is discovered in an area under construction, leading to complications with a criminal-police-politician nexus. Balram (Mammootty), the no-nonsense police officer, one who figured in 'Aavanazhi' (1986), starts investigating. The evidence leads to Tharadas, played again by Mammootty as the suave smuggler of the 80's hit, 'Athirathram' (1984), who has now become an international criminal.

Vinod (Dileep), an MCA graduate, still hasn't figured out what to do with his life. His parents decide to send him to his sister Vimala's (Seetha) house. She is married to Shaji Raghavan (Mukesh), an engineer with the Irrigation Department. The idea was to put some sense into Vinod's head. But Shaji isn't all that happy to have Vinod at home because his unmarried younger sister too is living with them. He doesn't want the younger sister to fall in love with his irresponsible brother-in-law.

Achuthan (Manian Pillai Raju) is in love with Nandini (Menaka), who is his cousin (maternal uncle's daughter). But his uncle K. P. Thankappan Nair (Nedumudi Venu) will only allow a person from abroad to marry her. So Achuthan pretends to leave town to go to Dubai, while really staying at a lodge in a nearby town, to trick his uncle.

When the local police isn't able to solve the death of a young married girl Omana (Lizy), the case gets handed over to Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). CBI officer Sethurama Iyer (Mammootty), who is assigned the case, and his crack team consisting of Vikram (Jagathy) and Harry (Suresh Gopi) gets down to solving the mystery behind the death.

Balakrishnan (Mukesh) who is sick and has a heart disease, gets a heart transplant from a man (Aby Mathew) who died in a recent car accident. The operation is a success but, Balakrishnan starts seeing the ghost of Aby, who lingers around for Balakrishnan to help him find his murderer so that his soul can rest in peace. (imdb)

When the pompous and arrogant Madhavan aka M. A. Dhavan (Sreenivasan), an American return, had to go see a girl for marriage purposes, he swaps places with his chauffeur Shambu (Mohanlal), with catastrophic and hilarious results.

Unnikrishnan (Prithviraj), an honest SI (Sub-Inspector) of Police, is in stark constrast to his elder brother Ramakrishnan (Mukesh). While the former is fearless and takes on any criminal without hesitation, the latter is known in the police circles as the "spineless policeman". When Unnikrishnan gets transferred to Ramakrishnan's police station as the SI, he takes on the corrupt local leaders, cops and hoodlums there, which results in consequences for the peaceful life of their family.

Unnikrishnan (Mohanlal) is a police officer who is sent to track down a college professor turned dangerous criminal, Kurian Fernandez (Nedumudi Venu). Along with his friend Peter Kaliyikka (Mukesh), he performs surveillance on Fernandez's daughter Gaadha (Girija) who lives in a flat with her aunt (Sukumari), to gather the details and whereabouts of her father. The rest of the story is about how Unnikrishnan gets to the criminal via his daughter.

Mahadevan (Mukesh), Govindankutty (Siddique), Appukuttan (Jagadish) and Thomasukutty (Asokan) are four young men enamored with Maya (Geetha Vijayan), the next door neighbor of Mahadevan. Maya is in town to investigate the mysterious circumstances surrounding the death of her brother. The film revolves around the antics of these four to win Maya's heart. It also explores the past of the central characters. Towards the end, John Honai (Rizabawa) a man with some dark secrets, appears.

When Balakrishnan (Saikumar) finds that the job for which he came to the city for, has gone to Rani (Rekha), he decides to fight & stays on in the city as a paying guest with Mannar Mathai (Innocent), a failed drama troupe owner. Gopalakrishnan (Mukesh) is his other paying guest, who dislikes Balakrishnan. When they get a wrong number call from Ramji Rao (Vijayaraghavan), who has kidnapped the daughter of Urumees Thampan (Devan), a rich businessman, Gopalakrishnan hatches a daring plan.

"Hitler" Madhavan Kutty (Mammootty) is obsessively protective about his 5 younger sisters. He is even opposed to his sister Ammu (Vani Viswanath) mingling with their cousin & her fiancé Balakrishnan (Mukesh). Balakrishnan's sister Gauri (Shobana) is in love with Madhavan Kutty, but he keeps her at a distance because he believes she is bad influence on his sisters. Things turn sour between the cousins due to a major misunderstanding and the rest of the movie is about how it all plays out.

The story centres around the rivalry of two families, each headed by Anjooran (N.N. Pillai) and Aanappara Achamma (Philomina). Anjooran dislikes women because of personal reasons and ensures that all his sons stay bachelors. The youngest son, Ramabhadran (Mukesh) falls in love with Malu (Kanaka), from Achamma's family. A complicated and hilarious tug-of-war ensues.

Balan (Sreenivasan) is an old-fashioned barber in the village of Melukavu who is struggling to make ends meet in the face of competition from Saran's (Jagadish) modern salon. One day, superstar actor Ashok Raj (Mammootty) comes for a movie shoot in his village. Balan makes the mistake of telling his family that he knew Ashok Raj from 25 years ago. This news leaks & soon spreads across the whole village & Balan comes under pressure from friends & family to get Ashok Raj to do them various favors.

Chandhru (Mammootty), a trucker, is a man with a rough exterior, but good at heart. When his helper Ravi (Mukesh) dies in an accident, he takes it upon himself to fulfill Ravi's dream of building a house for his family & goes to Ravi's village with this mission. There, during his stay, he meets the various interesting characters of the village - Rajamma (Seema) who runs a tea-shop, Kochu Varki (Prathapachandran), the wealthy, but evil land-lord, his son Sunny (Vijayaraghavan) etc.

Rock N' Roll tells the story of Chandramouli (Mohanlal), a drummer of international repute. He comes to Chennai to do the drums for a song for an old friend Guna (Siddique) where he meets Daya Srinivasan (Lakshmi Rai). A life-long cynic and non-believer in love, Chandramouli falls in love with Daya. When Daya returns to Mumbai after the song, Chandramouli thinks of a plan to bring her back to Chennai.

Black (Suresh Gopi), who got the name due to his skin color & the fact that he only wears black clothes, is the son of Pathrose (Nedumudi Venu) & the faithful servant & henchman of Tharakan (Rajan P. Dev). Dr. Meenakshi, the daughter of Tharakan's friend, Praful Kumar (Ashish Vidyarthi), comes from Mumbai for a meeting with an Ayurveda expert & her guru Moosad (Thilakan). During this visit, she sees Black & gets shocked. Is Black the person she knew years ago? Meenakshi starts investigating...

Film director Viswanathan (Mammootty), who hadn't been making movies since his wife's death 2 years back, finally decides to make a movie to financially help his ailing guru Krishnan Nambiar (Ravi Menon). He heads to Kodaikanal on his producer Thomas's (Azeez) behest to pen the script in peace, staying as a guest of Thomas's friend Menon (K.P. Ummar). There he meets Shyama (Nadia Moidu), Menon's daughter, & gets drawn towards her. He learns that Shyama also shares a similar bereavement like him.

After 'Nadodikkattu (1987)' and 'Pattana Pravesham (1988)', CIDs Ramdas (Mohanlal) and Vijayan (Sreenivasan) are back for another wacky adventure. After a priceless gold crown is stolen from India, Ramdas and Vijayan are sent to the USA to retrieve it. The only clues they have is a pseudonym "Paul Barber", and a piece of a torn shirt. In the States, the two remain as helpless and clueless as they were in the two prequel films and realize that this is their toughest case yet. (imdb)

Shyam (Mohanlal) is a playboy who, with the help of his long-suffering maid Dick Ammayi (Sukumari) & his friend Anil Kumar (Mukesh) who joins him later, juggles 3 different girlfriends who are assigned to routes on non-intersecting flight schedules - only one woman is in town at any given time. This works like a charm at the start wherein none of the ladies are aware of each other's presence in Shyam's apartment, but things start to crumble which leads to a series of funny events.

Haridas (Jayaram) comes to Trivandrum to join a new job promised by politician K. P. (Krishnan Kutty Nair) & finds that he was duped by the politician & that the job has been taken by Manu (Suresh Gopi), his old collegemate & the person whom he believes killed his sister Revathy (Parvathi). Haridas, who tries to find a footing in the city, then finds that Manu becomes the cause for his further miseries too - including losing his next job & losing the girl whom he loved, Ammu (Renjini), to Manu.

Dr. Aparna (Lakshmi Lahari), whose divorce battle with Dr. Venugopal (Saikumar) is underway & is fighting for her son's custody, is an enigmatic personality. Aparna seduces Anand (Indrajith), her lawyer & the husband of her co-worker Dr. Mallika (Jyothirmayi), & also plays around with Thriprayar Madhavan (Mukesh), Aparna's neighbor & an aspiring musician who is in love with her. Then one day, Aparna is found dead by drug overdose, & Superintend of Police Jacob George (Sreenivasan) investigates.

Medical Representative Mathew Ninan Koshy (Mukesh), a self-proclaimed playboy enters into a bet with his three roommates, Bank Cashier Pavithran (Siddique), Tutorial College Lecturer Murthy (Manian Pillai Raju) & Ravi (Suresh Gopi) who runs an exporting company called Falcon Exporters, wherein each of them would point out a girl to Mathew, whom he would woo in a month's time. Mathew sets out to fulfill his bet, with hilarious & disastrous results.

Ramabhadran (Mammootty), the adopted son of the Inspector General Joseph Chacko (Madhu), gets appointed as the new Supervisor of a notorious juvenile home. He tries to enact some reforms, including not locking up the inmates & granting them more freedom, much to the chagrin of the Asst. Superintendent Sugunan (Sukumaran), who used to run things before Ramabhadran. He soon becomes a favorite of the kids there, but soon faces trouble in the form of four inmates who are found missing from there.

Writer Balachandran's (Mammootty) uneventful life gets a jolt when a known literary figure, C.P. (Nedumudi Venu), praises his unfinished novel as the new voice of Malayalam literature. Sivadasan (Mukesh), a small-time publisher, befriends Balachandran & motivates him to complete the book, also hoping to get the rights to publish it. But when Balachandran experiences writer's block, an extra impetus is provided by the return of his old sweetheart Padma (Khushboo), just separated from her husband.

Sreenivasan (Jayaram), who lead a care-free life with his friends, hesitantly joins the Police force due to family pressure. He gets posted to the village police station of Vadakkekara, where he meets & gets attracted to Chandrika (Urvashi), daughter of Head Constable Parameshwaran (Oduvil Unnikrishnan). While transporting a murder accused, Peter (Mukesh), to the court, he dupes Sreenivasan & escapes. With his job at stake, Sreenivasan goes in search of Peter to Peter's hometown of Chinnankolli.

When a group of VIPs and their families, including cabinet minister Bharathan Menon (Prathapachandran), are kidnapped by a bunch of criminals, led by an ex-convict Charles (Lalu Alex), and a ransom of Rs. 5 crore (2.5 crores in American Dollars & 2.5 crores in gold) & the release of 4 of their jailed gang members is demanded, an ex-cop and commando, Ali Imran (Mohanlal), is brought in by DIG Menon (Sukumaran) to secure their release.

Kunjukuttiyamma (Lakshmi), the grand old lady of the Kannettumkara family, have three daughters, all of whom have plans to snare Kochukrishnan (Mukesh), her only grandson, for their own daughters, and thus lay their hands on her vast assets. Kochukrishnan & his friend Harindran (Siddique) hatch various plans to escape this, but to no avail. In between this, a girl named Gopika (Sowmya) shows up claiming to be Kunjukuttiyamma's grandchild & her son Ambotti's (Nedumudi Venu) illegitimate daughter.

Keshava Panicker (Madhu), an honest engineer, has a lot of dreams for his son Unni (Mammootty), a medical student. But when Unni teams up with four of his rich and spoiled college mates, he falls into bad ways. To support his new lifestyle, he starts stealing money from his parents & accepting bribes from his dad's acquaintances. This enrages his dad who kicks him out of the house, leaving his mother Sridevi (Srividya) & his cousin/girlfriend Parvathi (Poornima Jayaram) torn between the two men.

Four young men, Balagopalan aka Balu (Mukesh), Prakashan (Siddique), Freddy (Keerikkadan Jose) & Benny, join Jaffer Sherif's (Mammukoya) 'Oscar Film Institute', aspiring to become actors & directors, but even after many tries, success eluded them. Balu's father Velandi (Mala Aravindan), a Parrot Astrologer, passes away, forcing Balu to take up astrology to feed his family. When a few of his predictions about Kerala politics comes true by fluke, Balu rises to fame as a 'Political Astrologer".

Sivaraman (Mohanlal) & Govindankutty (Mukesh), both on the streets in Mumbai & nowhere to go, take part in a bank heist with Thomas (Cochin Hanifa), his younger brother Tyutty (Jagadish) & girlfriend Elena (Sucheta). Thomas gets caught & in a bid to hide out & get some money for visas so they could escape to the Gulf, Sivaraman & Govindankutty hideout in the house of an elderly blind couple as their long gone grandson Kunjunni - except Govindankutty pretends to be the body & Sivaraman the voice.

Mannar Mathai (Innocent) runs 'Urvasi Theaters' with Gopalakrishnan (Mukesh) & Balakrishnan (Saikumar) as part of it. When the heroine of their latest drama leaves to join the movies, Gopalakrishnan brings home a girl whom he rescues from suicide - Meera (Vani Viswanath), as the new lead & later also marries her to escape a lie to his mom. Later, they learn that Meera is suicidal, but when she is cured, she doesn't recognize Gopalakrishnan & claims to be married to Mahendra Varma (Biju Menon).

Two petty thieves - "Paathira" Thankappan (Sreenivasan) & "Thorappan" Thoma (Mukesh) - gets wrongly accused of attempted murder after a failed robbery attempt & gets jailed. Thankappan gets out on parole & disappears. Thoma also gets out soon after on parole & when he drives a car to Madras in return for some money, he gets mixed up in a conflict between two rival crime gangs & goes on the run with Thankappan, whom he runs across in Madras, with a cop Vincent D'souza (Jagadish) also after them.

Balakrishnan (Mohanlal), a jobless graduate, comes to the forest of Koolankolli with this best friend elephant Vinayan, for hauling timber. There, he teams up with a Forest Ranger Sunny Varghese (Mukesh) & a caseworker Jose (Babu Nampoothiri), to stop the illegal cannabis cultivation & sandalwood thefts of Madathil Raghava Panicker (Thilakan) & his son (Suresh Gopi). He also gets close to Sreedevi (Karthika), Panicker's niece, whom Panicker wanted for his son to marry to get hold of her wealth.

Gopakumar (Mohanlal) buys a house from Dr. Muralikrishnan (Mukesh) to establish an office for his garment exporting business, only to find that Muralikrishnan's estranged wife Teresa (Sukanya) & kid are still living there, refuse to move out. After learning that Teresa's closest friends Prameela (Mohini) & Rahna (Muthumani) are also separated from their husbands, Gopakumar, with the help of his assistant Kamala (Meera Jasmine) & Immanuel (Innocent), decides to patch up their relationships.

Dileep Kumar (Mukesh) gets transferred to the remote hamlet of Mutharam Kunnu as the Post Master of the local post office & falls in love with Ammu (Lizy), the daughter of Kochukuttan Pillai (Nedumudi), a local bigwig obsessed with wrestling. Determined to only marry off his daughter to a strong wrestler & seeing that Dileep doesn't fit the bill, Kochukuttan Pillai challenges Dileep to wrestle a person he nominates as an opponent & summons his friend & famous wrestler Dara Singh, for this task.

Kunjikrishnan (Sreenivasan), the eldest son of a famed Ayurvedic doctor Thirrussheri Madhavan Vaidyar (Thilakan) is a good-for-nothing who often messes up things at his father's clinic. He runs away after he prescribes wrong medicine to a patient which results in his near-death. Months later, with the help of a thief Chacko (Jagathi) as his assistant, Kunjikrishnan returns to his village & sets up shop as a divine healer, soon becoming famous & sabotaging his Doctor brother's medical practice.

To retrieve some precious diamonds which were stolen from Udaya Varma (Jagannatha Varma), Police commissioner Samuel (C.I. Paul) devises a plan to fake Udaya Varma's death & recruits Ramadas (Raju) as a fake assassin. The plan goes through, but later Samuel gets killed, making Ramadas a fugitive. Meanwhile, Ramadas's girlfriend Shoba's (Menaka) brother Venugopal (Mohanlal) is on the run from David Antony Fernandez (Captain Raju), a crook who believes Venugopal knows the location of the diamonds.

The members of the Maruthempally family believe that the male members of the family have the curse of insanity upon them. After the latest in the string of mad men, Sridharan (Babu Nampoothiri), dies, all eyes turn to the next eldest male in the family, Sridharan's nephew Balagopalan aka Balan (Mammootty). A bad dream which Balan had, had everyone suspecting that Balan was turning mad & soon, everyone started treating Balan differently. Bit by bit, Balan starts to lose his grip on reality.

Four unemployed young men - Jayan (Mukesh), Sunny (Siddique), Suresh (Saikumar), Abdul Nasar (Sainuddin) - start an employment agency promising everyone a job if they register with them after paying Rs. 50. After spending all of it, they realize that procuring jobs for others wasn't as easy as they thought. As they tried to abscond at night, a woman (Chithra) running away from someone, seeks refuge with them. When they wake up in the morning they find the woman dead, along with their pal Suresh.

Arun (Indrajith) & his 2 relations Mahindran (Manoj K. Jayan) & Ganeshan (Shammi), injects Ashwathy (Bhavana), key witness to a murder & lawyer Ramesh Nambiar's (Mammootty) sister, with morphia & rapes her. Karthik (Dileep), Ashwathy's lover & Devan's (Mohanlal) brother, tries to catch them but gets killed. Antony Punnekadan IPS (Suresh Gopi), in charge of the case, arrests Arun but is saved by Ramesh, unaware of what Arun did to his sister. An enraged Devan tries to avenge his brother's death.

3 friends - Rajendran (Raju), his cousin Prathapan (Mukesh), & Jnaneshwaran (Jagathi) - stumble upon a corpse near a creek. Afraid of the cops blaming them, they trick a boater, Kannan (T.G. Ravi), to transport the corpse, saying it was a drunk person. Kannan, learning the truth, buries it & runs away. Meanwhile, Rajendran's father Narayanan (Bahadur) is hellbent on getting him married to his friend's loony daughter Shanthi, while Rajendran tries to unite with his lover, Raji (Saleema).

Major Nair (Nedumudi), an old man, who leads a respectable life as a husband & father, flirts with younger women. He befriends 3 college students & romeos - Bhaktavalsalan (Sreenivasan), Gopan (Mukesh), Kora (Jagadish) - who are also out for love. When they choose Nair's daughter Meenu (Lizy) as their target, Nair opposes. All 3 get into Nair's house posing as a Hindi tutor, houseboy & Nair's wrestler brother-in-law's disciple respectively. Nair comes up with crooked plans to throw them out.

Two friends - Sethumadhavan aka Sethu (Jayaram) & Roy (Mukesh) - after trying out various odd jobs, decide to steal, which lands them in jail. After their release, they part ways & Sethu starts working in a tea estate in Sooryagiri, posing as Albert Alex, with Albert's certificates given to him by their friend Chakkunni (Jagathi). When a criminal dies in an accident with Albert's work address in his pocket, cop Isaac Thomas's attention falls on Sethu. Sethu & Roy tries to find the real Albert.

Vishwanathan (Mukesh), the budding leader of a group of unemployed youth in the village of Kummaattikkadavu, becomes the witness to the murder of honest cop Harikumar (Devan) by Achayan (Rajan P. Dev), the local bigwig. After an attempt on his life, Vishwanathan gets assigned two cops for protection - K. Sreedharan Nair (Innocent) & K.P. Chacko (Jagathi). At first, Vishwanathan considers his escorts a matter of pride, but soon their constant presence & interference starts to mess with his life.

Captain Eshwar (Mammootty) & Wing Commander Zakir (Mukesh) are working on a top-secret airforce project codenamed 'Red Alert', at the Airforce Academy. A Kashmir based Islamic terrorist group, to get their hands on the project documents, blackmails & deploys a woman called Lakshmi (Mohini) to get close to Eshwar, after kidnapping her child. After Lakshmi refuses to follow through with the plan, the terrorists detain her. Eshwar, Zakir & a group of commandos launch a commando op to free her.

While his wife Sumathi (Urvashi) & son was out of town, happily married bank manager Prakash (Suresh Gopi) gets trapped into a one-night stand with Renuka Nair, a rich widow whom he had recently met at the bank. Immediately after the encounter, a guilt-ridden Prakash wants to put the experience behind him & move on, but Renuka refuses to let go of their relationship. Driven to madness by his rejection, she turns to violently harassing both Prakash & his family.

Parthasarathy aka Parthan (Jayaram), a do-gooder, is at constant conflict with his rich uncle, the Panchayat President & village temple secretary Parakkottu Phalgunan Thampi (Jagathi). With his daughter Satyabhama's (Sreedevika) help, Thampi frames & jails Parthan. After his release, after a near-death incident, Parthan develops ESP & also befriends Lord Krishna in the form of Madhavan (Mukesh). Together, they foil radical Musafir's (Kalabhavan Mani) plans to destroy the village temple heritage.

At the behest of Fr. Gomez (Gopi), Sethuramaiyer (Mammootty), along with aide Chacko (Mukesh), travels to Kannur Jail to meet death row convict & serial killer Isow Alex (Kalabhavan Mani), where Alex had a confession - of the 7 murders he was convicted of, 5 in Irani & 2 in Nadamangalam, he was innocent of the first murder in Nadamangalam - that of businessman Manikunju (Ramachandran V.). Sethuramaiyer reopens the case & investigates with the help of Chacko & prentice Ganeshan (Vineeth Kumar).

Film actress Ashwathi (Parvathi) is found hung from the ceiling of a room in Hotel President, where she was staying while shooting for her latest movie. DySP Devdas (Sukumaran) does the preliminary investigation & concludes it as a suicide, but after a public outcry, the case gets handed over to CBI, & Sethuramaiyer (Mammootty) investigates, along with aides Chacko (Mukesh) & Vikram (Jagathi).

Sathyaprathapan aka SP (Mammootty) is a sworn bachelor who mistrusts women because of his teen experience with a lover who cheated him. Unbeknown to his step-sister Sandhya (Bhavana), he sponsors her & gets her to stay next door to him. SP is asked by Parameswaran Pillai (Janardanan), his father's old friend, to reform his womanizer son Sreekumar (Mukesh). Although he initially resists, when Sreekumar learns that Sandhya, whom he had an eye on, is staying next door to SP, he jumps at the chance.

K. Vishwanatha Pillai aka Vishwam (Jayaram), an unemployed grad, comes to Kochi for an interview, but is mistaken for a con artist & arrested. After the S.I. George (Mukesh) turned out to be his college friend, he goes free, but learns that there is a lookalike of his called Uthaman operating in the city, who is a criminal. After getting into various troubles over the resemblance, including losing his new-found job, a frustrated Vishwam sets out on a quest to seek out Uthaman, posing as him.

Greedy manager of the Saraswathy Vilasam Upper Primary School, Shankunni Nair (Nedumudi), promises to appoint Shankaranarayanan (Sreenivasan) to the new vacancy in the school & takes bribe from him, but Gokulakrishnan (Mukesh), a previous substitute teacher with a lawful claim to the job, turns up. Shankunni refuses to oblige Gokulakrishnan & a troubled Gokulakrishnan resorts to various means to get the job. Meanwhile, an equally anxious Shankaranarayanan tries to block Gokulakrishnan's efforts.

Best pals Aravindan (Jayaram) & Chandu (Mukesh) run away to Pondicherry to hide out at pal Joy's (Sreenivasan) place after issues at home. There, they assist Joy's uncle Lasar (Jagathi) with painting work at the Marthandam palace, where Aravindan mistakes heiress Padmini (Meena) to be in love with him. Misunderstandings lead to her fixed wedding getting called off & Padmini holds Chandu responsible. Vowing to separate Chandu & Aravindan, Padmini decides to marry Aravindan, to get back at Chandu.

Munshi Parameswaran Pillai (Oduvil) leads a simple life in his house, 'Shanti Nilayam', along with his sons Nandakumar (Innocent), Krishnakumar (Hanifa), Gopakumar (Jagathi), their wives Kausalya (K.P.A.C. Lalitha), Anandavalli (Kalaranjini), Indumathi (Bindu Panikkar) & their kids. Into this walks famous actress Yamuna Rani (Nagma) who rents the house next to them for staying during a shoot. Both husbands & wives start to fall over themselves & stretch beyond their means to impress Yamuna Rani.

At Manikyasseri Kovilakam, pregnant maid Ganga (Mayuri) gets burned alive by the patriarch after his son Devan (Madhupal) falls in love with her, but Ganga's spirit returns & kills him. The great sorcerer Meppaadan (Rajan P. Dev) exorcises the spirit & traps it in a tree. Years later, a college girl Daisy (Divya Unni), unleashes the spirit by mistake, which possesses her & seeks revenge at the males of Manikyasseri. Daisy befriends Unni (Riyaz) of Manikyasseri & makes him fall in love with her.

P. T. Zacharia (Jagathi), a middle-aged financier who runs 'Kuttiparambil Financiers', lives with his wife Moly (Urvashi) & daughter Teena (Sruthi Lakshmi). However, after seeing the lifestyle of his womanizer friend Girijavallaba Menon (Mukesh), who was only 5 years younger than him, Zacharia feels frustrated with his life. Goaded by Girija, Zacharia tries to look young & fall into an affair with a younger woman, Urmila (Jyothirmayi). However, Zacharia soon gets trapped in an extortion racket.

Sreekuttan (Mohanlal), a poor & orphaned simpleton, takes a fancy towards a blind flower girl, Shalini (Priya). In trying to organize money for her eye surgery, Sreekuttan gets blamed for attempted robbery & gets jailed. With the money he gives, Shalini's gains eyesight & with the help of a new friend, Dr. Ramakrishna Pillai (Mukesh), Shalini becomes a famous playback singer. Upon his release, Sreekuttan tries to meet Shalini, but faces opposition in the form of Shalini's brother Achu (Johny).

A mentally ill patient with a personality disorder, Bobby (Jayasurya), escapes with a doctor's credentials & joins 'Brylin Mental Hospital' as Dr. Ruben Isaac. Transforming himself into the role of a doctor very convincingly, he introduces several unusual treatment routines for the inmates. Although initially opposed to his ways, Rakhi Devadas (Radha Varma), the hospital manager, eventually gets attracted to Bobby. At this juncture, the real Dr. Ruben Isaac (Mukesh) shows up at the hospital.

Years later, Mahadevan (Mukesh), Govindankutty (Siddique) & Appukkuttan (Jagadish), now settled in different places with their respective families, return to Harihar Nagar to attend Thomaskutty's (Asokan) wedding. Having 10 days to themselves without their wives & kids, they decide to relive their youth, with their new object of affection being their old flame Maya's namesake (Lakshmi Rai). However, their old enemy John Honai's son Freddy Honai (Sudipto Balav), has a score to settle with them.

Justice T. Vasudev (Babu Nampoothiri) & businessman Kuwait Mani (M.G. Soman), both pals, gets killed back-to-back & in each case, a piece of coconut husk is found shoved in their mouths. DSP Haridas Damodaran (Mammootty) investigates the case & finds that a friend of theirs, Rosario Fernandes (Devan), was killed the same way 2.5 years ago in Bombay. Haridas's suspicion falls on Rosario's mentally ill son, Christie (Suresh Gopi), who had recently absconded from the asylum he was being treated in.

Millionaire Achuthan Nair (Thilakan) of the Manikyamangalam family, shocks his greedy relatives waiting for his demise, when he reveals that he has an illicit daughter, Shoba, from an old affair. His relatives hire an imposter, Balagopalan (Mukesh), to pose as Shoba's husband & tell Nair that Shoba is dead, thus ending Nair's wait for his daughter. Prabhakara Menon (Nedumudi), Nair's pal, on the other hand, tries to prevent Balagopalan from saying this, fearing for Nair's fragile health.

9 Malayali trainees arrive at the Indian Army camp in Kashmir for Special Armed Training (SAT) & is faced with a martinet instructor, Nair (Mammootty). After cadet Antony (Mukesh) is killed by arms dealer Kumar (Devan) & Nair is blamed for it, he becomes a fugitive. When Nair gets wind of a plot by Kumar & another criminal James (Lalu Alex), to steal arms & ammunition from the SAT camp, he re-unites with his students, who were originally sent to kill him, to bust the operation & save the day.

Keshu (Jayasurya) ekes out at a photocopying center, with a terminally ill mother at home. Driven to desperation, he uses counterfeiting techniques from his late novelist father's unpublished work & counterfeits a 1000 rupee note. Seeing his skill, Danny D'souza (Mukesh) goads him into faking more bills & finally they end up stealing 10 crores of cash & substituting it with fake bills. Enforcement officer Raghavan Punambil IPS (Anoop Menon), who investigates the case, slowly inch closer to them.

In this 4th installment of the CBI franchise, supernatural forces seems to be at play when Sethurama Iyer (Mammootty), along with his trusted aides Chacko (Mukesh) & Vikram (Jagathi Sreekumar), investigates the 4-year old mysterious death of a Brahmin girl Mythili (Samvrutha Sunil), which happened at the cursed mansion of Animangalam, where Mythili had come for a short vacation with her friend Anita (Gopika) of the Animangalam family.

An honest lawyer, Sethumadhavan (Mammootty), faces trials & tribulations when he takes up the role of a prosecuting attorney in the murder case of a laborer, Johnny (Lalu Alex), who was killed by Sethumadhavan's brother-in-law Raghuvaran (Sreenath), for fomenting a strike in United Mills, a business concern run by his wife Anu's (Shobana) family.

A 4 year old girl, Deepa (Geethu Mohandas), strikes up a relationship with a stranger, whom she came to call 'Telephone Uncle', over phone conversations. Initially apprehensive of the relationship, Deepa's widow mom Aleena (Asha Jayaram), also grows fond of the stranger, who soon becomes an integral part of their lives, even without meeting in real life. However, unbeknown to them, the stranger carried a dark secret.

Achuthankutty (Suresh Gopi) has decided to forgo marriage to protest against his friend Najeeb (Mukesh) who ran away with his sister Athira (Surabhi), while Najeeb is trying to get Achuthankutty married, to clear his name. They both get invited to Kanchipuram, to manage the wedding of heiress Meenakshi (Muktha George). There, circumstances force Meenakshi to turn down her marriage & declare that she has an affair with Achuthankutty. Now Achuthankutty has to clear his name in 7 days or marry her.

Police Commissioner Babu Mohan IPS (Mukesh) & CI Appukkuttan (Sreenivasan) tries to stop Ramesh (Vineeth), an obsessed fan with suicidal tendencies, who was stalking pop star Merlin Fernandes (Shobana). In his bid to unlock Ramesh's mind, Babu Mohan delves into Ramesh's troubled childhood to find answers.

Kuttan Pillai (Innocent), to get his son Vidyadharan (Manian Pillai Raju) married to wealthy Adithya Varma's (Prem Nazir) daughter Kaveri (Menaka), tries to block her planned wedding with Balu (Shankar), brother of Varma's next-door neighbor Sasidharan (Nedumudi Venu). Pillai plants seeds of suspicion in the minds of Varma, his wife Subhadra (Sukumari), Sasidharan & his wife Parvathi (Seema) that their respective spouses were having affairs with their neighbors of the opposite sex.

Two rival coolies from the Mattupetti market, Machan (Mukesh) & Kannan (Baiju), marries Lakshmi (Sree Lakshmy) & Parvathi (Mathu), daughters of cashew-nut businessmen & rivals Kumar Kubera (Jagathi Sreekumar) & Prabhakara Prabu (Oduvil Unnikrishnan), by lying about their background & each claiming to be son of famous businessman Mahadevan (Captain Raju). To keep the truth from coming out, now they have to juggle between their real lives & their false identities in front of their wives & in-laws.

Rameshan (Jayaram) & Jose (Mukesh), two educated but unemployed young men, burdened by the hardships of their families & the need to raise money for dowry to marry off their sisters, starts a marriage bureau with a lot of dreams & plans, but meets with scant success.

But after Kurup remarries, both his wives conceive, eventually turn enemies & their sons, Madhavankutty (Mukesh) & Krishnankutty (Saikumar), grow up to be rivals. When Radhika (Vaishnavi) of the Valiyakoyikkal family wanted a job at Kurup's school, both his sons vie to get her the job, with their mothers supporting them, each wanting to marry Radhika.

Rajan (Mammootty), the new Sub Inspector of Police in town, gets attracted to nurse Geetha (Shobana), but Prabhakara Menon (Thilakan), the local bigwig & panchayat president who was rubbed the wrong way by Rajan, spreads rumors alleging Rajan was a womanizer, thus causing Geetha's loafer brother Thampi (Lalu Alex) to plot to kill Rajan, with the help of local goon 'Kaduva' Thomman (Sathar).

Sam (Ranjith Menon), a line boy at the Good Shepard school soccer grounds, gets a chance at studying at the prestigious school when coach Vijay (Rahman) discovers Sam's soccer talents. Sam's talents & Vijay's coaching abilities are put to the test when Good Shepard is pitted against arch rival St. Xavier's in the state school games hosted by Good Shepard. Sam's own teammates however, lead by captain Rohan, jealous of Sam's quick popularity, tries to sabotage the games.

Ananthan (Suresh Gopi), the new teacher in a struggling Parallel College turns out to be tough & tames the unruly students. However, Ananthan's reputation is tarnished when a student of his, Radha (Sabitha Anand), commits suicide after rich Dubai-return playboy Chandrashekharan Nair (Vijayaraghavan) cheats her & the blame falls on Ananthan. Meanwhile, Chandrashekharan tries to marry Indu (Mathu), Ananthan's old college-mate Sridevi's (Geetha) younger sister, as a way to get through to Sridevi.

SP Sreekanth (Mukesh) admits his niece Parvathi (Saranya Mohan) into the Mount Academy Public School, where he had an ongoing investigation on the deaths of its 3 girl students the previous year - Gowri (Shilpa Bala), Elena (Krishna Vijay) & Kalyani (Drishya). Parvathi ends up in the room previously occupied by Gowri & Gowri possesses Parvathi & tries to use her to bring the culprits behind her death to justice. Meanwhile, Sreekanth's probes reveal a sex racket connected with the school.

Parvathi (Annie), a rich girl, runs away from home to escape the clutches of Jagannatha Varma (Narendra Prasad), who had killed her parents to usurp their wealth, & poses as a boy servant at the house of Omanakuttan (Mukesh), Pisharadi (Jagathi Sreekumar) & Cherian (Ganesh Kumar). Varma, meanwhile hires corrupt cop Narayanan (Balachandra Menon) to trace Parvathi. Parvathi & Omanakuttan, who by then learns that his servant was really a girl, hides out at Cherian's lover Margaret's (Chitra) flat.

Gauridasan (Mukesh), son of Brahmadattan (Rizabawa) of the Suryamangalam family, who was ousted by uncle Surya (Babu Nampoothiri) when he was a kid, returns to Suryamangalam without revealing his identity, to drive away a spirit which was bothering the family. When Gauridasan had to go to the land of Brahmadesham, where the spirit was bound years ago by his father, to defeat it, the spirit assumes the form of pretty Seemanthini (Geethu Mohandas) & gets close to him, with the aim of killing him.

Jobless Jitendra Varma aka Joji (Mukesh) goes to Malappuram posing as his pal Kunjalikutty, a Muslim, at Kunjalikutty's (Siddique) behest, so that Kunjalikutty could go to Dubai for a job instead. At Malappuram, his coworker Aliyar (Jagathi Sreekumar) smells a rat & tries to expose him, whilst Joji gets close to Gauri (Mathu), sister of the prominent Kurup brothers. Meanwhile, Kunjalikutty also lands in Malappuram after being defrauded of his visa in Mumbai by criminal Jaffer Khan (Rizabawa).

Prabhakaran (Mukesh), a struggling police constable, arrests ex-thief Vasu (Manoj K. Jayan), mistaking him for someone else. Angry at being framed, Vasu threatens to kill Prabhakaran & escapes from jail. Meanwhile, Prabhakaran gives shelter to Indu, a girl who had escaped from a rape attempt by local bigwig Babychan (Ravi Kumar). When authorities find out that Indu was actually Vasu's sister, although Prabhakaran didn't know that himself, he gets accused of colluding with Vasu & gets suspended.

Rajendran (Mukesh), a peon, marries his lover Radhika (Vani Viswanathan) by lying to her family about him being a manager. To live up to the lie, Appukuttan (Sreenivasan), Rajendran's pal & coworker, gets him promoted by convincing their masher boss Ramanathan (Vijayaraghavan) that Rajendran's wife would be accessible to him. After the marriage, when Ramanathan gets restless, they hire a girl, Sajitha (Nirosha), to act as Rajendran's wife, but things get complicated when Sajitha goes missing.

Balakrishnan (Sreenivasan), a village school teacher, & the new music teacher Nirmala (Samyuktha Varma), the object of his affection, gets involved in a mess when they get stuck in a resort in town & has to help a damsel in distress, Rita, from the goons of Delhi Pappachan (Nedumudi Venu). Rita gets in an accident for which they get blamed & Balakrishnan gets jailed, betrayed by Nirmala. 2 years later, Balakrishnan befriends a kind man, Nandakumar (Mukesh), whose fiancée turns out to be Nirmala.

Anaparambil Bhoominathan (Ramesh Pisharody), a passport office employee, who has to give half his salary every month to a mysterious stranger, per the will from his late father, struggles to make ends meet. Finally, he decides to quit his job & start a resort, but his plans are foiled when an ancient yacht is dug up in the land he bought for the resort. Govt officials from the Archeology department descend on the plot & takes it off his hands, leaving Bhoominathan strapped for cash.

Mahadevan Thampi (Sreenivasan), owner of the Sankaramangalam Hospital, gets cheated by his uncle Madhavan Thampi (Rajan P. Dev) into transferring the ownership of the hospital to Madhavan's London-educated daughter Nandini (Annie), by enticing Mahadevan with the false promise of giving Nandini's hand in marriage to him. However, Madhavan had his own slimy plans of getting Nandini married to Rajagopal (Mukesh), the new doctor in the hospital, but who in reality was a quack out to make some cash.

Lineman Sivankutty (Mukesh) falls in love with Parvathi (Annie), but her headstrong mother Subadra (Zeenath) opposes the relationship, citing the reason that her own husband, who used to be a lineman, had dumped her. Shortly afterwards, Subadra's husband Naryanankutty (Janardanan) returns after 18 years & fixes Parvathi's marriage to a junior engineer, while Subadra gives her word to give Parvathi to Aniyan Thampuran, the rich debauchee of the famed Illickal family, complicating things further.

Jayakrishnan (Jayaram), a struggling lawyer, frees an institutionalized maniac, Harinarayanan (Lal), after being convinced that he was normal, but later learns that he was duped. In his bid to prove that Harinarayanan was abnormal after all, people started suspecting Jayakrishnan himself of being mad. Finally, having to take the financial responsibility of Harinarayanan's antics, Jayakrishnan & his family goes broke & he plays a game show in an attempt to get his life back with the prize money.

Sage Naradan (Nedumudi Venu), tired of Lord Indra's (C.I. Paul) dictatorship, advocates for socialism in heaven & goes to Kerala, in his opinion the ideal land, to learn politics. However, in Kerala, he gets trapped in various sticky situations, including being a murder suspect, which makes him realize that heaven was in fact way better.

Ajayan (Mammootty), a rich businessman who rose to the top by ruthlessly mowing down everyone in his path, gets besotted with his new secretary Ambili (Supriya Pathak) & proposes marriage. However, when he learns that Ambili had a boyfriend, Ashok (Mukesh), Ajayan goes wild with rage & threatens to kill Ashok. On the day of their engagement, when Ashok goes missing, the blame falls on Ajayan.

Financier Damodaran (Thilakan) who had ruthlessly chicaned his younger brother Vishwambaran (Narendra Prasad) to build his own empire, gets a rude shock when his eldest son Uthaman (Vijayaraghavan), along with Uthaman's father-in-law Vasu (Oduvil Unnikrishnan), cheats him out of all his wealth, leaving him broke. However, Damodaran's second son Chandrankunju (Mukesh), whom Damodaran had considered the black sheep of the family & had always neglected, comes to his aid.

Elephant lover & ex-mahout Ayyappan Nair (Innocent) finally gets to own his own elephant Sreevidya, by taking out a loan. His plans to make money off Sreevidya, whom he buys from a circus company, back fires however, when it turns out that the elephant doesn't understand any Malayalam, and only Hindi. Ayyappan Nair decides to learn Hindi & gets a private tutor in the form of Vinayachandran (Mukesh). But Vinayachandran's real aim was to get close to Ayyappan Nair's daughter Karthika (Sunitha).

In this threequel to 'In Harihar Nagar', Thomaskutty (Asokan) buys a supposedly haunted mansion from an old lady, Dorothy Fernandes, with the intention of starting a tourist resort there. However, in order to convince the townsfolk that the mansion wasn't really haunted, Thomaskutty requests his old friends Mahadevan (Mukesh), Govindankutty (Siddique) & Appukkuttan (Jagadish) to stay there with him for a week. However, soon they realize that there were evil forces at work in the mansion.

When Kumaran (Jagadish) of the Pancharakkara village sends a note home telling his wife that he is committing suicide after being overburdened by debts, his relatives & villagers turn the event into a circus. However, Sadasivan (Mukesh), a mysterious stranger, joins Kumaran's wife Soumini's sorrow (Vidya) & helps around the house, surprising Soumini & the villagers.

Recording company executive Rakesh Menon (Siddique) & friends regularly hosts a weekly Friday night dinner where they invite the dumbest guy they could find & have fun at his expense. At the suggestion of a friend, he invites singer C.R. Krishnanunni (Jagadish) to his house to see if he'd be a suitable Friday night dinner guest. Rakesh, suffering from back pain, has to cancel the dinner, & gets stuck with the loud-mouth Krishnanunni who turns Rakesh's life upside down.

Devadas (Devadas), a young boy, drinks a potion brewed by scientist R.C. Shekar (Jackie Shroff) which makes him invisible, with the aim of rescuing Maya (Kavya Madhavan) who had adopted Devadas as a child, but who was in mortal danger for having videotaped an illegal transaction involving political bigwigs. In between trying to rescue Maya, a gunshot wound sparks off a chemical reaction in Devadas, turning him into a hulk-like monster.

Jewel (Archana Kavi), a rebellious teenager was always at loggerheads with her over-possessive mother Clara (Urvashi), with her hapless dovish father Joseph (Mukesh) torn in between. Jewel seeks solace in the words & guidance of a stranger on the Internet, Amir. Amir slowly reforms Jewel, with the result that Jewel falls in love with him, but this doesn't bode well with Joseph & Clara, throwing their family into a crisis.

Chandramohan Thampi (Rajasenan) gets kicked out of the house by his martinet father Sachidanandan Thampi IPS (Shivaji Guruvayoor) after he marries poor girl Lisamma (Sithara), & Sachidanandan doesn't relent even after Chandramohan has had 3 kids. While struggling to make ends meet with his job at the post office, Chandramohan meets his childhood friend G.K. (Mukesh), who offers him a job in Dubai. Chandramohan leaves for Dubai, but remains homesick.

An anthology film based on four stories about four women. "The Prostitute" gives up her profession for marriage, but is unable to prove her new status to the police. "The Virgin" marries a man from another village, but he takes everything from her except the one thing that was rightfully his. "The Housewife" has difficulty conceiving & her ex-flame offers himself as a surrogate stud. "The Spinster" is forced to go through life unmarried as her siblings get married & start their own families.

Tea estate worker Ramankunju (Indrans) is forced to stand by the communist party, whom he held close to his heart, when the party announces a strike against the estate management, for higher wages. However, the initial glimmer of hope wears off, after the strike continues for several days, leaving Ramankunju's family in misery and starvation.

Eradi (Innocent), who ran an old age home for abandoned women, 'Karunalayam', decides to sell it after he gets into financial trouble. To evacuate the place of its inmates so that he could sell the place, Eradi hires Vivek (Prithviraj), a young man out on his first job. Meanwhile, Akhila (Navya Nair) comes to Karunalayam with her mentally ill mother Janaki (Saritha). However, Vivek, who was an orphan, is touched by the love of all the mothers staying there & realizes that he can't evict them.

Four inmates - Benny (Mukesh), Keshu (Thilakan), Krishnankutty (Jagathi Sreekumar) & Venu (Siddique) - escape from a mental asylum & embark on an adventure in Kochi. They get jobs, get recruited as actors in a TV show & inadvertently stop a bank robbery.

Appukuttan (Mukesh) comes to Ooty in search of a job & blackmails businessman Chandran Pillai (C.I. Paul) into getting a job as his driver. When a horoscope mix-up causes astrologer Kizhekkedam (Nedumudi Venu) to predict widowhood for Pillai's daughter Meenu (Manya) in her first marriage & that her second marriage would be long-lived, Pillai finds a way out by getting Meenu married to Appukuttan. Knowing about the mix-up, Appukuttan plays along & usurps Pillai's wealth along with getting Meenu.

Venugopalakrishnan aka Venu (Mukesh), a young man, is forced to don the disguise of a 60-year old retired colonel after he is falsely accused of kidnapping heiress Gopika Varma (Madhoo) & mistaken to be a criminal gang leader. In his disguise as colonel R.K. Nair, he gets close to Gopika with the intention of clearing Venu's name, but Gopika sees through the disguise eventually, & although she doesn't get angry about it, decides to turn the tables on him.

Ramesh Prasad (Manikuttan) who dotes over his single-mother Nandini (Lakshmi Gopalaswamy) who had brought him up after his father's suicide, looses his cool in a college function after Home Minister Nateshan slanders Nandini & beats up Nateshan. With the cops & Nateshan's party members out for Ramesh's blood, he is protected by Lekha (Madhumitha) & Julie (Honey Rose), 2 best friends who were also his best friends. That same night, Nateshan is murdered & the blame for that too falls on Ramesh.

Dr. Savithri (Sumalatha) is forced to save the life of the person she hated the most - death row convict Aravindan (Mammootty), who had killed her father Madhava Menon (Karamana Janardanan Nair), after he escapes from jail & is subsequently shot by the cops. After saving Aravindan's life, Savithri gets a chance to listen to the circumstances regarding the murder from nurse Tresa (Parvathi), which puts things in a different light for her & she starts thinking about letting Aravindan escape again.

Vettoor Sivankutty (Ajaykumar), a staunch commie, is forced to marry at the behest of his party, with the aim of grooming his wife as a future female party leader. Sivankutty marries Meenakshi (Sruthi Lakshmi), whom he takes to be a commie, but to his shock, Meenakshi turns out to be the exact opposite. Sivankutty's woes increase when famous film star Pavan Kumar (Mukesh) comes to the village to shoot his latest film & Meenakshi gets potty with him, including becoming the heroine of the film.

Miffed at losing a coveted promotion as the area branch manager of Dixi Cola, assistant manager Suresh Kumar (Mukesh) gets drunk with his pals Philipose (Siddique) & Immanuel (Sainuddin), & writes a threatening letter to Suresh's boss Somashekaran Nair (Innocent). However, when it turned out that Suresh was indeed getting that job, they try desperately to get the letter back. To worsen things, Nair gets killed & the letter lands in the hands of the cops, making Suresh & pals the prime suspects.

The residents of the affluent colony 'Tokyo Nagar', lead by Gatha Menon, tries to evict the nearby slum of 'Chenkal Cheri', which was owned by Gatha, but their leader Chandrappan (Mukesh) repeatedly thwarts Gatha's efforts. Thomaskutty tries to continue the shoot in an effort to prove his innocence.

Bank manager Omanakuttan (Mukesh) leads a happy life with his wife (Sarayu) & daughter, despite the constant barbs from his father-in-law Lambodharan Pillai (Jagathi Sreekumar) over Omanakuttan's fixation with drama. The arrival of Pavanan Parassala (Suraaj Venjarammoodu) in the hamlet, who claimed to be a famed director, changes Omanakuttan's life when he is roped in to fund a film & act in it. Moorkhanparambil Pappachan (Vijayaraghavan), the local moneybag, has his eyes on the theater & cooks up various schemes to close down the theater & defame Vimala & her family. The new Panchayath Secretary Venugopal (Mukesh), Vimala's old friend & crush, comes to their rescue.

Just as they started to love the baby & get attached to her, the biological mother of the baby, Maya (Urvashi), shows up & demands her back.

Roy & Rajmohan too become best friends, but soon their collective friendship is ruined when Roy starts to pay heed to rumors from others that Shiny was having an affair with Rajmohan, & Rajmohan starts to suspect the same between Sreedevi & Roy.

Two young couples, Surya (Kailash) & Neethu (Archana Kavi), & Manu (Asif Ali) & Dia (Rima Kallingal), who were also best pals, try to make it big by making a movie by directing & producing it. The only problem? Cash. Although Surya was the love child of the late multimillionaire Vinayaka Naicker (Prabhu), Naicker's elder son Vinayakan (Prabhu) had a tight grip on Surya's purse strings. The foursome dream up a scheme to finagle money from Vinayakan by pretending that Surya & Neethu got married.

Kuttikrishnan (Jagadish), the illicit son of businessman Ananthan Nambiar, comes to Kochi to meet his dad, but a mix-up leaves him on the streets & another young man, Balagopalan (Mukesh), in his place as Nambiar's son. To expose Balagopalan, Kuttikrishnan teams up with cutpurse Mukundan (Jagathi) & car-thief Meenakshi (Annie), both of whom ensconce themselves in Nambiar's house as Kuttikrishnan's relatives. Years later, as they were leading a happy life with their daughter, their life is shattered when Shikha is arrested on a double murder charge, where one of the victims was the mayor's daughter. After Shikha is jailed with no hope for a proper trial, Jayakrishnan plans a jailbreak with the help of Antony (Parthiban) & Gautham (Joju George).

They find a new heroine, Nithya (Aparna Gopinath), who turns out to be Ramji Rao's (Vijayaraghavan) daughter. Hareendra Varma (Biju Menon), Mahendra Varma's twin, uses his now-mentally ill brother to transfer a precious gem which falls into the hands of Mathai & Co., which they promptly lose. Mathai & Co. have to don their masks again for another gamble to retrieve the gem.

When the cat gets out of the bag, & Krishnan props up Nirmala as a Brahmin girl, Sivakami, to mitigate his family's anger. As Krishnan & Nirmala try to make everyone believe that she is a Brahmin, Krishnan's elder brother Ananthakrishnan (Harisree Asokan), angry at Krishnan for having married ahead of him, tries to expose them.

Gautam (Vineeth Sreenivasan), a businessman & heir to the family pharmaceutical company whose flagship product is a memory aid supplement, but who himself suffers from a bad memory, falls in love with Nithya (Namitha Pramod), a sand artist who has short-term memory loss. Gautam tries to reintroduce himself & rekindle their relationship again & again, to make her remember him for good, & also tries to cope with opposition from his family over this.

Mathai (Jayasurya), an auto-driver who often intervenes in others' personal issues needlessly, tries to resolve a conflict between a doctor, Dr. Nandagopan (Mukesh) & his wife Geetha (Lakshmi Gopalaswamy), but ends up complicating the matter further.

Unnimaya (Ranjitha), a ballet dancer & the daughter of the famous Kathakali artist Meledathu Madhavan Nair (Narendra Prasad), has her reputation ruined when she is tricked into spending a night at the home of famous rich womanizer Kannoth Ramanathan (Suresh Gopi). Ramanathan repents the incident, so he arranges Unnimaya's marriage to his relative Vasudevan (Mukesh). Vasudevan & Unnimaya lead a happy life & have a kid, but this incident comes back to mess with their lives later on.

Street-smart Ullas Kumar(Dileep) marries Canadian citizen Laya (Mamta) without realizing that she was a chronic alcoholic. Ullas follows Laya to Canada, but they end up always fighting. Finally Laya files for divorce, but Ullas convinces the judge that he needs to be present in Laya's life because of her alcoholism. Now Laya has to kick her addiction to prove she can independently function, & hence procure the divorce.

Sudhi (Jayasurya), a young man, struggles to cope with his stuttering problem, something which had plagued him since he was a child. After the girl (Swathy Narayanan) whom he was engaged to dumped him over it, Sudhi becomes determined to tame his stuttering & make his life better.

Ayyappa Das (Rudraksh Sudheesh) is a small-village boy whose biggest dream in life is to fly in an airplane. After hearing the village do-gooder Kochavva (Kunchacko Boban) speak about competitive swimmers being able to attend international tournaments in an airplane, Ayyappa takes up swimming & gets very good at it. Seeing his potential, Kochavva, who was also Ayyappa's coach, tries to get him enrolled in a prestigious swimming training program happening abroad.

Jomon (Dulquer Salmaan), the prodigal son of businessman Vincent (Mukesh), is the black sheep of the family, deemed irresponsible & always blamed for wasting money by Vincent, & Jomon's elder brothers. However, when Vincent's businesses fail & he goes broke, he finds that everyone except Jomon has bailed on him, & the only one he could rely on is Jomon.

The story revolves around a bunch of college students when a young woman gets stuck inside the boys hostel with no way out.

The movie is a biopic on the real-life character, Kunjali Marakkar who is till date considered one of the greatest naval chiefs of India. An epic tale, set in the late 15th century and early16th century, the film is based on the fearless seafarer of the Malabar Coast, Kunjali Marakkar.

A talented veteran actor, Mohan Kumar, is back on the big screen through a critically acclaimed film. His path towards glory, however, isn't easy.
