20-39 - I don't like it, but can find some merit in it
40-49 - It's not good, but I still watch it
50-64 - It's somewhat good, I like it.
65-79 - Good. I like it a lot.
80-90 - Excellent, I love it.
91-100 - Perfect, or near perfect. I absolutely love it.

This is better than Foot Fist Way, Hill's first feature, in terms of directing, acting and writing. I'll give him that. It is, however, extremely objectionable and almost offensive.
